  • Learners could choose to register themselves for a course, after conducting a diagnostic test.
  • Personal Learning manager included with a personalized learning plan, training calendar, course specific glossary, summary view of course progress and a report card.
  • The Tenneo (formerly G-Cube LMS) LMS supported self-assessment based on individual performance. 
  • Learners also registered for compliance training and notifications were sent from time to time. 
  • Virtual classroom feature was also introduced with classroom-based training sessions. 
  • Skill gap analysis was conducted with inputs from learners as well as their managers.
