Noida, UP- July 30, 2021- After one whole year, G-Cubians finally got to celebrate their annual conclave together. The yearly ‘Rewards & Recognition’ event is close to everyone’s heart at Tenneo (formerly G-Cube LMS) and this year, the collaboration with the US-based MRCC group, gave them yet another reason to celebrate.   The purpose of the Conclave is not only to bring associates together, to share business insights, the road ahead but to also break the monotony of WFH and a platform to appreciate the teams and the associates. The Rewards and Recognition is one of the best ways to motivate the associates and gear up for another year of achievement.   In 2021, following the Covid-19 protocols, the entire event was divided between the two business units – product and content service.  The event was hosted at ‘The Flying Dutchman’, Hush Food Mall on 28^th and 29^th July, it was live streamed for those who could not attend it physically. Over 250 associates attended it online and offline on both days.   Other than awards, the evening was packed with events and the anchors Bharat Jain, Nisha Sharma, Urvashi Sharma, and Kanishk Tyagi kept the audience entertained. In his heartwarming speech, our CEO, Mr. Manish Gupta saluted the contribution of the support teams during the peak of the pandemic and said, “All the support teams, HR, IT, Admin kept on going irrespective of the pandemic - from arranging oxygen cylinders, concentrators, and vaccination camps for our associates to delivering laptops at our homes and keeping the infra up and running – they kept everything running smoothly, many a times even by putting their own health at risk. For Tenneo (formerly G-Cube LMS), they are our true Covid warriors.”.   In his first event with the Tenneo (formerly G-Cube LMS) team, Mr. Anil Shah, the founder, and CEO of MRCC Group shared, “It is a privilege, welcoming you all to be part of the MRCC family. One of the major beliefs is to respect transparency, and respect comes from only one thing - you promise less and deliver more. So that people start to believe in us on a world stage”.   The evening was also dedicated to recognizing distinguished contributions by the G-Cubians in various categories of the awards like Service Awards, Star Manager Awards, Star performer, Star Team, Process Champion, New Kid on the block, Value’s ambassador, Eureka, and Innovate to create. The atmosphere was full of excitement and the winners were awarded with gifts, certificates, vouchers, and personalized hashtag trophies.   The evening ended with everyone grooving to the beats of the live performance of rock band – Astitva and digging into scrumptious drinks and dinner. It was certainly an event that concluded with determination and made the G-Cubians feel proud of being a part of an extraordinary organization. A much-needed break in Covid times!
