Business Requirements

  • Client training delivery has been largely done through Classroom mode. As BIAL is on the expansion mode, it has been felt that apart from classroom-based delivery, alternate training delivery methodologies need to be explored and implemented organization wide.
  • They wanted to provide relevant context which could improve the retention level of the workforce.
  • There was a need to deliver effective training on industry-specific compliances so that workforce gets updated on the latest policies, ethics, etc.

  • Client wanted to adopt an eLearning approach which was budget-constrained, yet effective at the same time.
  • There was a need to automatically track the completion and certification of compliance training attended by the employees.

Our Solution

  • As part of the complete end-to-end eLearning deployment, we offered BIAL following components- LMS deployment, Custom course development of BIAL Code of Conduct, Hosted solution on Cloud, and Integration with existing HRMS system.
  • Enterprise wise deployment of LMS for around 1000 employees along with access to LMS through Mobile apps. Seamless integration of Tenneo (formerly G-Cube LMS) LMS with Adrenalin – HRMS system.
  • Effective delivery of customized Code of Conduct modules comprising of engaging scenarios related to real-life workplace situations and Flash Card interactivity to drive optimal learner engagement.
  • We also provided off-the-shelf courses were also offered on behavioral topics.


  • Integration with the existing HRMS helped to fetch the employee updated data and enabled Single Sign-on access.
  • Personalized courses helped to timely inform the employees on changing policies, regulations, etc.
  • Scenarios helped to boost employee engagement and knowledge retention levels.
