- We implemented proprietary Tenneo (formerly G-Cube LMS) LMS to provide relevant courses for all- Beginners, Intermediates, and Experts.
- We provided the client with around 300 Off-the-Shelf (OTS) courses based on business skills, behaviors, and soft skills.
- The Tenneo (formerly G-Cube LMS) LMS created personalized learning paths after mapping employee skills as per their diverse job roles.
- An easy-to-search catalogue helped the learners to search for relevant courses based on Keyword Search, Rating and Comments, Course Expiry Date, Target Competency and Skill level, and more.
- The platform also supported mobile-enabled content delivery by providing training courses through personalized mobile apps (both Android and iOS).
- The gamification feature motivated the workforce to access more courses, compete with their peers, and perform better at the workplace.
- The powerful e learning system also supported the Business Intelligence (BI) tool to automatically generate custom reports.
