ET Ascent Recognizes Ankush Jagga as the Young Business Leader of the Year

Ankush Jagga, Business Head – Product, Tenneo (formerly G-Cube LMS), has been honoured with the prestigious ET Ascent Young Business Leader of the Year (under 40) Award. The award was presented during the 21st Global edition of the ET Ascent awards held in Mumbai, on 17th February 2023. 

The Business Leader of the Year award recognizes great leaders and their exemplary contributions towards the development of their organization and industry. This award acknowledges Ankush’s visionary leadership, under which Tenneo (formerly G-Cube LMS) LMS continues to deliver great learning outcomes. This recognition is a testament to his unwavering commitment towards transforming the workforce learning experience.  

Ankush has been instrumental in improving and growing business fundamentals at Tenneo (formerly G-Cube LMS). His notable contributions include – 100%+ growth on year-on-year install base, improved gross profit from 35% to 75%, and business expansion from India to 3 continents. 

Ankush redefined Tenneo (formerly G-Cube LMS) in 2020 with the agenda to make it a driving force in the world of workforce learning and development and make it one of the world’s Top 10 Corporate LMS companies by market share. He has concentrated his efforts on rebranding the product with the intent of launching an enhanced avatar of Tenneo (formerly G-Cube LMS).   

This award will add to the tally of the multiple awards he has received throughout his journey of becoming an influential force in the Learn Tech industry. Ankush loves to talk about Learn Tech, Human Capital, Brand Building, Customer Loyalty and Entrepreneurship. He is one of the rare minds that understand the importance of technology and human emotion associated with learning products to deliver a complete customer experience.
