NOIDA, U.P, 04th Jan 2023: We present you with the MRCC & Tenneo (formerly G-Cube LMS)’s HR team initiatives in the last quarter of 2022, the festive season with moments to be captured and cherished in the long run. The HR team supported the “Social Media Contest-Drawing Competition” organized for the employees, their family members, and participants from various NGOs. The contest was a successful event with most of the drawing entries received made by children from various age groups. The winners were decided based on the high number of likes received on these drawing posts on social media. HR Team organized the “Health Camp” in association with Fortis hospital. The employees availed the services such as blood pressure, random blood sugar, BMI, weight check, and consultation with physicians and dieticians. The fun and excitement start when people gather and enjoy each other’s company during the biggest festival of the year – the HR team organized the “Diwali Mela” in the office premises. The employees set up the stalls ranging from games, food, fun activities, and many more. The festive atmosphere was where employees dressed up in ethnic wear and showcased their talent by singing melodious songs, playing instruments, and including solo/group dance performances. The audience too participated actively and supported their peers. HR team celebrated the “Children’s Day” at the office premises with fun activities, food, music, and interactive sessions arranged for the employee’s kids. The children had a fun-filled day spent learning new things and, in the end, received gifts from the team. As said, ‘A single drop of blood can make a huge difference’. HR team organized “Blood Donation Camp” where employees actively participated in a noble cause. An annual get-together is always an event for which everyone waits and participates in an evening filled with appreciation, meet & greet moments with peers, and cultural performances. The HR team organized the “Annual Award Ceremony “to felicitate employees across the business functions with rewards to recognize their hard work during the whole year. The annual event started with views from the leadership team that covered the overall performance across different business functions and the vision for the upcoming year. The evening was full of energy, and memorable moments included cultural performances by employees, food & snacks, and dance Masti on DJ beats. The HR team’s responsibility lies in sharing policy updates and arranging knowledge sessions related to finance & medical details, and other programs to keep all employees updated with the latest information. These engagement events and welfare activities help to keep the spirit of the workforce high, and everyone looks forward to attending them.
